Hadley Names New Chairman, Trustees Winnetka, IL? The Hadley School for the Blind recently announced its new board chairman and named four new members to serve on its Board of Trustees. Clyde F. Willian recently began a two-year term as chairman of Hadley’s Board of Trustees. He has been a member of the Board since 1982. He graduated from the Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and from George Washington University Law School. He is a retired partner of the law firm Sidley Austin Brown & Wood. He and his wife Patricia, also a member of Hadley’s Board of Trustees since 1982, reside in Winnetka. Terry M. Faulk is executive vice president of Global Human Resources for Kraft Foods Inc. He is responsible for the company’s human resources function worldwide. Mr. Faulk earned his B.S. in business economics from Miami University and his M.B.A. in marketing from Western Michigan University. He and his wife Mary reside in Winnetka. They have two daughters, one who lives in London and one who lives in Wilmette. Jon R. Lind, Jr. deals with municipal trading ? high yield and distressed securities with Raymond James & Associates Inc. He earned his A.B. in history from Kenyon College and received a degree in finance and accounting from the Chicago Graduate School of Business. He and his wife Elizabeth reside in Winnetka with their three children. Mark F. Stephan is a partner with Frontier Partners, a firm that develops highly customized marketing and business development programs for institutional investment managers. He is also involved with the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Mr. Stephan earned his B.S. in business from Miami University. He, and his wife Margaret and their four children reside in Winnetka. Allen A. Weaver is senior managing director and head of the Prudential Capital Group. He earned his B.S. in industrial engineering from Stanford and an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analysts designation. He and his wife Jennifer, a past president and member of Hadley’s Woman’s Board, and their three children reside in Winnetka.
