Visit China Online with the Hadley School Winnetka, IL? The Hadley School for the Blind will present a free Web seminar on “Visiting China Online,” September 20 at 10 a.m. Central Daylight Time and 3 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time. Participants will learn about life in China from the director of The Hadley School for the Blind in Fuzhou, China. Joining Mr. Xia (Chester) Rongqiang will be Hadley instructor Nafisa Keels who is currently visiting China and providing spoken English tutoring. Topics to be covered include what every day life in China is like for people with visual impairments, why English language proficiency is desirable and how blind people are employed in their communities along with other topics as well. The free seminar will last approximately 60 minutes and is open to all Hadley students. Questions are welcome from all participants.
